Any real estate agent can register for free on the platform and list their properties for sale or rent. For each property listed: The direct contact details of the agent who listed it remain visible. The agent retains full control of their own negotiations. Other professionals in the network can promote the property to their clients. It is possible to indicate a collaboration or commission share for the agent who brings the buyer or tenant. This way, every property benefits from the commercial strength of the entire network, significantly increasing the chances of sale or rental.
No costs. No commission.
Giudalex Property Network does not require: Monthly fees, Registration fees, Commissions on closed transactions, Percentages on agent-to-agent collaborations. The platform is completely free. Any collaboration commissions are freely agreed between the agents involved in the transaction.
